STAG-100 DESCRIPTION OF ADJUSTMENT PARAMETERS (WITH REGARD TO TYPE)

COIL TYPE - according to the connection of rpm pulse and ignition type it is indispensable to choose such type of coil to obtain the same rpm indication at the tachometer and software window. In certain vehicles it is indispensable to use an ignition pulse adder.

COIL SIGNAL - setting of ignition pulses detection treshold.

TPS TYPE - after connection of a throttle opening sensor choose TPS type and voltage range.

ADJUSTMENT FROM TPS - adjustment from TPS on / off

HISTERESIS - removal of voltage noise from the TPS sensor

ENRICHMENT - number of stepping motor steps proportional to accelerator pressing

WEAKENING - number of stepping motor steps proportional to accelerator loosing

MOTOR SPEED - stepping motor speed during enrichment / weakening

OPENING OPTION - additional opening of stepping motor after reaching the TPS level

TPS THRESHOLD - TPS voltage level causing mixture enrichment - additional opening of the motor

MOTOR AT THE POSITION - number of motor steps during additional opening

MOTOR SPEED - stepping motor speed during opening

OPTION CUT-OFF - additional closing of stepping motor during accelerator loosing and reaching TPS level downward. This function works if rpm falls to the set level.

RPM LEVEL - rpm level activating CUT OFF function

MOTOR AT THE POSITION - number of motor steps during CUT OFF execution

MOTOR SPEED - stepping motor speed during CUT OFF

PROBE TYPE - lambda probe operation range

PROBE - lambda probe type - typical - zirconium / resistive

ADJUSTMENT FROM PROBE - adjustment from probe on / off

PROBE LEVEL - a voltage causing mixture weakening

MOTOR SPEED - stepping motor speed during mixture adjustment set by the probe

PROBE COLD - theoretical time of probe heating. At each switching of LPG supply the controller ignores probe indications maximally for the set time period and awaits probe proper operation. Until the parameters become stable, the controller uses internal motor map.

SUCTION - number of motor steps added during PROBE COLD time.

PROBE SIMULATION - during running with LPG vehicle computer receives simulated signal with adjustable parameters instead of lambda probe signal

TIME HI - duration of simulation pulse upper course
TIME LO - duration of simulation pulse lower course
TIME OFF - total time of pauses between pulses' groups, 0 = no pause
PULSE NUMBER - number of pulses within a group, 0 = no groups

ADJUSTMENT FROM RPM - the controller adjusts mixture composition with regard to internal map, which has been created from positions of the stepping motor for 3000 and 900 rpm.

MOTOR SPEED - speed of the stepping motor, with which it makes adjustment function with regard to rpm.

RELAY - switching-over of the additional relay function, which can work as an injection emulator or as a switch-off of the vehicle computer memory voltage (erasing of vehicle computer errors).

SWITCH-OVER TIME - time of injection emulation at the relay function - injection emulator.

SWITCH-OVER TYPE - selection of LPG supply switch-on depending on rpm.

Rpm + TPS - additional check of the TPS voltage at certain rpm (opening of the throttle by the driving person).

SWITCH-OVER TEMPERATURE - setting of temperature value for LPG supply switch-on, if the gas regulator temperature sensor is connected.

SWITCH-OVER RPM - rpm threshold, for which engine will be switched-over to gas supply.

MAXIMUM RPM FOR LPG - rpm threshold, for which engine will be again supplied with petrol. If the rpm falls down, gas supply switches on.

MAX LEVEL FOR MOTOR - number of steps for maximum opening of the stepping motor.

LEVEL FOR 3000 RPM - number of steps of the stepping motor at 3000 rpm (map).

LEVEL FOR 900 RPM - number of steps of the stepping motor at 900 rpm (map).

MIN LEVEL FOR MOTOR - number of steps for minimum opening of the stepping motor.

LEVEL INDICATOR - depending on sensor type, voltage thresholds, for which individual LEDs indicating gas level in the tank start to light.

LEAKAGE - opening of the stepping motor just after switching on the ignition switch before switching on gas supply.

ERRORS DETECTED BY THE CONTROLLER STAG-100

POWER SUPPLY ERRORS - to big controller power supply voltage drops or disconnection of the battery, which cause controller reset.

DATA ERROR - errors in the controller memory (damage or improper assembly).

LAMBDA PROBE ERROR - long-term lack of voltage change from the lambda probe.

TPS ERROR - long-term lack of TPS voltage change.
